Repairs and modernization

Repairs scheduled constructive version of the original locomotives are performed routinely, but for your notice, will inform you that until 06/01/2009 -  14 ps. Electric Locomotives type LE 5100 kW and one Diesel Electric Locomotive type LDE 2100 HP were allready upgraded and modernized.

Modernizarile la care au fost supuse locomotivele au dus la:

protection system performance and hence improve slip traction force;

monitoring of locomotive operation in all modes with a next-generation system;

simplification schemes traction and control;

improving working conditions and driving the locomotive;

ease diagnosis and intervention for review, remediation;

lower maintenance costs by increasing the time between inspections and repairs
