POLICY STATEMENT ON ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

About CFR IRLU ensure, by top management, implementing and maintaining environmental management system, with referential SR EN ISO 14001:2005 for the following activities: Repair and maintenance of other transport equipment (NACE 3317), namely:
- maintenance, overhaul and repair scheduled / unscheduled railway rolling stock;
- spare parts and equipment repair of railway rolling stock engine;
- checks on equipment stands of different rolling stock railway engine.
Thus, management at the highest level is committed to:
- operation of the organization in accordance with legal requirements and other requirements for environmental aspects of activities so that we can demonstrate that we operate in a spirit of pollution prevention;
- satisfaction of all stakeholders by providing confidence that all necessary measures will be înteprinse to reduce environmental impact and pollution prevention;
- compliance with current legislation and environmental regulations related to environmental issues and alignment with EU directives;
- continuous improvement of environmental management system;
- efficient use of natural resources to ensure sustainable development;
- awareness and involvement and the personnel working for the organization in implementing and improving environmental management.
Environmental objectives are established in accordance with environmental policy and are carried out by defining environmental targets within the environmental management program.

About CFR IRLU Management SA is involved in the process of continuous improvement of Environmental Management System and ensure that environmental policy is maintained and supported by every employee at all levels of organization.
This policy will be communicated throughout the organization, and Environmental Management Representative has the authority to ensure implementation of environmental policy.
This policy is communicated and understood by all staff and is available to the public.
