LDE 2100 CP modernized
The solution to modernize equipment and facilities that goes into the locomotive LDE 2100 CP will be presented below:
- Static converter ancillary services, with a power of 70 kVA, supplied with a voltage of the auxiliary generator 170Vcc and delivering an output voltage 3x220V, 0 to 50Hz;
- Asynchronous electric motors, with drive cage for ancillary services;
- Block upgraded appliances, which includes: computer drive system (command, protection and diagnostics), electromagnetic contactor, control voltage 110Vcc standardized, static power supply ancillary services in-phase voltage system, controller of field weakening;
- Controller for field weakening;
- Screw Compressors, compact, sealed induction motor driven by squirrel cage;
- Electronic regulator with slip protection field;
- Three steps to weaken the field MD (motor drive) ordered according to speed;
- Chopper – to start Diesel Engine limited current;
- Control equipment - protection and color display signal;
- Electronic regulator for auxiliary generator voltage and current;
- Modernized management board from ABS with embedded devices;
- Monitoring parameters diesel;
- Controller type leg;
- Graphic display color, touchscreen 10.1 "and features with voice messages and multiple devices;
- Plant resistant insulation monitoring circuit’s low voltage and high voltage;
- Plant type COLLEMAN conditioning with multiple fans, fed from a static converter;
- Installation of PTC heating elements, for both cabins;
- Measure and record speed installation with integrated VSD induced;
- Sealed front windows auto, with electric heating;
- Preheating installation performance diesel engine efficiency;
- Fuel metering installation in the cockpit display.
