About CFR IRLU SA organization has implemented and certified quality management system based on process, with the referential SR EN ISO 9001/2008 - "Quality Management Systems. REQUIREMENTS ". Recognition of compliance with standard was made by the Romanian Railway Authority - AFER and TÜV Rheinland Romania. Domain certificate refers to "Repair and maintenance of other transport equipment nec - C 3317".

About CFR IRLU SA has the following intent on quality policy:

  • Marketing activity to meet customer requirements and even exceed their expectations;
  • Establishing the scope and development direction of the organization;
  • Maintaining a good working environment requirements;
  • Involvement of employees at all levels of the organization, the objectives and performance indicators so that skills are harnessed for the benefit of each organization;

The objectives of the organization's quality policy for 2011
        Maintaining the repair of rolling stock main motor and trailer in a competitive market whose openness is growing, is for us a bold target that we want to achieve permanent with the following objectives:

  • Customer satisfaction, regulatory requirements and organization requirements, providing product / service quality;
  • Increased turnover by fulfilling contractual provisions and reduce indirect costs;
  • Developing mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers to obtain benefits;
  • Quality management systems assessment by conducting annual management review;
  • Taking measures as a result of management review;
  • Quality program for the smooth preparation process;
  • Establish preventive or corrective actions to be taken as a result of noncompliance analysis;
  • Establish responsibilities and authorities;
  • Establish internal communication methods to improve group work;
  • Increase profits by reducing poor quality;
  • Analyzing customer requirements;
  • Reduce complaints by continuous quality improvement;
  • Compliance with environmental protection, labor safety regulations, metrology;
  • Maintaining central laboratory determinations authorization physicochemical determinations that the physical and chemical laboratories of polling / IRLU workshops for specific tests and checks issued by AFER, in accordance with WTO requirements no. 410 / 07.26.1999;
  • Maintaining vendor permits IRLU rail stations;
  • Certification stands and special devices, for checking and testing products used in railway construction work, modernization, operation, maintenance and repair of rolling stock, according to the WTO no. 410 / 07.26.1999;
  • Approval / technical approval railway rail services provided to customers, according to WTO no. 290 / 2000;
  • Regular staff training and evaluation to ensure its qualification requirements required level.

CFR IRLU SA Quality policy objectives by 2012 are:

  • Improving the quality of rolling stock repair motor and trailer made in the organization;
  • Ensuring adequate resources by continuing to adapt modern technologies and equipment of the appropriate organization;
  • Further training in quality management staff involved in activities identified as processes that directly affect quality;
  • Participation in auctions to obtain new contracts.

In order to achieve objectives, SC IRLU CFR SA has implemented a system of procedures and instructions for all processes run.
The organization adopted, SC CFR IRLU SA ensures balanced allocation of responsibilities for each position, departments concerned, setting tasks and relationships for all staff, in conjunction with the law, regulations and quality management system adopted.
This allows achieving quality is not a fact but a result of a random scheduling, coordination and control processes.
About CFR IRLU to ensure access control bodies empowered certification bodies recognized national and international clients within the contractual provisions, the documents which affect the quality of the work done by them.
